These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Toonzzle mobile application, related website, and connected services. By installing, accessing, or using Toonzzle, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using Toonzzle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Toonzzle is not intended for children under 13.
The app may operate with anonymous access and may also offer account linking or sign-in methods such as Google sign-in.
You are responsible for your use of the app and for maintaining control of any device or account used to access it.
3. Service Description
Toonzzle may provide features including:
puzzle gameplay;
image conversion into cartoon or stylized visual outputs through third-party processing providers;
credits, rewards, and gameplay progression systems;
ranking functionality based on score;
user settings and personalization features.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Credits, Rewards, and Virtual Items
Credits are virtual items for in-app use only.
Credits may be granted through app-defined mechanisms, including rewarded advertising, where available.
Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, are not transferable, and do not constitute personal property.
We may limit, suspend, adjust, revoke, or deny credits where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, technical errors, system integrity, or legal compliance.
We may apply usage limits, daily limits, anti-abuse controls, fraud detection, and backend validation at our discretion.
5. User Content
You retain rights to the images you submit, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to process that content in order to provide the requested service.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
you have sufficient rights to submit and process the content;
the content does not violate law or third-party rights;
the content does not contain unlawful, infringing, abusive, or prohibited material;
you will not use the app to submit material intended to circumvent moderation, fraud controls, or policy restrictions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
use Toonzzle for unlawful purposes;
abuse, manipulate, automate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, backend, APIs, or reward systems;
attempt to fraudulently generate or duplicate credits, rewards, account benefits, or image conversions;
submit content that is illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited;
attempt to bypass restrictions relating to trademarks, logos, readable commercial text, or safety controls in generated outputs;
interfere with app security, anti-abuse controls, App Check, or related protection systems.
7. Rankings and Public Display
Toonzzle may maintain a public ranking that displays limited gameplay-related information, such as public nickname, score, and score-related timestamps.
We may reset, change, limit, or remove ranking information at any time for technical, legal, abuse-prevention, moderation, balancing, or operational reasons.
8. Moderation, Safety, and Abuse Prevention
We may deny processing, restrict functionality, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we reasonably suspect:
fraud or abuse;
repeated attempts to bypass monetization or security controls;
prohibited content submissions;
automated or unauthorized usage;
conduct that creates legal, financial, or security risk for Toonzzle or other users.
This includes actions necessary to comply with platform policies, including Google Play policies applicable to AI-generated content and user safety.
9. Intellectual Property
Toonzzle, its software, branding, interface, design, and original app content are owned by Alphamaster Services Ltd. or its licensors.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app for personal, lawful use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Availability and Disclaimers
Toonzzle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, permanent feature availability, compatibility with every device, or that generated outputs will always meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphamaster Services Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Toonzzle.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Account Deletion and Termination
You may stop using Toonzzle at any time.
Where account functionality is available, Toonzzle may provide both:
an in-app path to request account deletion; and
a web-based request path for deletion of account and associated data,
consistent with platform requirements and our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or Terms enforcement.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, reflected in the app. Continued use of Toonzzle after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or privacy rights that apply to the user.
